We are please to announce that following our 3 stage assessments we are now fully accredited with ISO 9001-2015 Quality Management.
What is ISO 9001? In a nutshell, it is a Quality Management System (QMS) designed to help organisations ensure that they meet the needs of customers and other stakeholders, by having a framework in place that helps ensure consistent quality in the provision of goods and/or services.
This standard uses a process approach and is based on 7 quality management principles, which include a strong customer focus, the involvement of top management, and a drive for continual improvement.
Not only does it mean we get to add a shiny new logo to our headed paper, ISO 9001 ultimately enables us to ensure quality, increase our tender opportunities to a wider range of companies and increase business.
