Over the months of April and May 2018 our staff were interviewed and assessed to check that we still meet the standards required to achieve the award.

The process requires companies to understand how their people practices compare, to find gaps and opportunities for focus that will drive employee engagement and that will help in achieving your organisation’s goals.
I’m pleased to say that following the assessment, we have successfully retained our accreditation for another 3 years.
