This is an example of a piled raft project recently completed for a triple garage in Kingswood, Surrey.
12 no. 300mm diameter Auger bored piles were installed on a 225mm thick concrete slab with a 225mm cellcore anti heave product below.
We were able to provide the substructure design for building control from the architects details given to us by the client.
