17th Century Barn Underpinning

We have recently completed the underpinning to the gable wall of this Grade II 17th Century barn.

The work included the installation of  12 x 150mm diameter grundomat piles and a rather complex jigsaw of needle beams which picked up the 500mm wide external walls.

A credit to the guys, who made a nice tidy job of this with the minimal of fuss!

You can read more about Underpinning and Grundomat piles on our What We Do page.
