New Build Development, Bromley Kent

Stage 1 of this very tricky project is now complete.

The rig and equipment had to access site via a bridge that was lower than 3.8m in height, using our bespoke concrete agitator dolly created by Simon and Barry.

We then had to overcome numerous form filling and negotiations with Network Rail, with a lot of help and expertise from Steve King from Rail Asset Development for which we and the client are extremely grateful.

Now the contiguous has been formed and excavation complete, we have to do it all again to install the piles for the houses.

166 no. 600mm, 450mm and 300mm diameter CFA piles.
